Premier Personnel has over a number of years successfully provided an efficient and cost effective service to its clients in sourcing applicants from a wide range of disciplines, on an international basis.

A major part of this success has been our ability to react to each client's needs individually and to provide them with a service that is specific to their requirements. A fact that is borne out by our prestigious client list of major companies and organisations, both within the UK and Overseas marketplaces.

The majority of our clients needs can normally be met through our REGISTER RECRUITMENT SERVICE, which in the first instance is the fastest and least expensive method of locating potential staff. The results of such a database search can normally be provided to a client within 48 hours of their requirement being advised to one of our consultants and most importantly candidates forwarded for consideration will have been contacted before submission to check on availability and interest in the particular vacancy.

Premier Personnel's current candidate database has been built up over a number of years and currently stands at over 20,000 applicants, covering a wide range of disciplines and at varying levels of seniority.

However there are occasions when a more specific and direct method of locating candidates is required, and it is on those occasions that we are able to offer an ASSIGNMENT RECRUITMENT SERVICE, that provides the client with a guarantee of success.

Assignments can either be undertaken confidentially using Premier Personnel's own display advertising house style, or alternatively under your own Company name if confidentiality is not a consideration. In either case

we would undertake to provide an appropriately worded advertisement, give advice on media selection for the position in question either for the UK or International markets, place the advisement, receive and reply to the candidates response and carry out the assessment of applicants through to shortlist stage, within an agreed time scale.

The benefits of utilising our company in this way means that the time taken to identify and recruit suitable candidates is greatly reduced as is the administrative workload that such exercises create.
