Formed in 1981 Premier Personnel has over a number of years successfully provided an efficient and cost effective service to its clients in resourcing applicants for a wide range of appointments, on an international basis. 

Specialising in engineering and technical staff, Premier Personnel can provide a variety of services to assist clients in their recruitment of permanent staff or can supply personnel on a contract basis.

Currently, Premier Personnel employs 3 full time consultants and 3 support staff and is based in modern offices in central Leatherhead, which has immediate access to the M25 and British Rail and is close to both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

Premier Personnel's relationship with each client is led by a consultant, who will be responsible for ensuring that Premier reacts to each client's needs individually and provides a service which is specific to their particular requirements.

Premier Personnel maintain a computerised register of active candidates, currently standing in excess of 20,000. Most of these are engineering and construction personnel covering all levels and disciplines.

Over the past years Premier Personnel has successfully concluded numerous recruitment assignments and has operated large and small teams of contract engineers, both in the UK and abroad.
