PPL - ASSIGNMENT RECRUITMENT

Initial Instructions - Upon receipt of your instructions,
a consultant will be allocated to work on your particular requirement
and through discussion will establish the following:
a. Detailed vacancy specification.
b. Company profile.
c. Candidate profile.
d. Advertising and Media schedule
e. Proposal - showing full costs to the client
2. Advertising - The agreed advertising copy and appropriate
artwork will be placed in the agreed media, as detailed in our
proposal.
3. Response Handling - whereby Premier Personnel will
receive the mailed response and acknowledge all applicants on
your behalf, within 48 hours of
receipt. Upon instructions we will also follow this up
with a suitably worded letter advising each candidate of the outcome
of their application.
4. Initial Interviews - Prior to conducting the initial
interview programme, our consultant will discuss the initial selection
with you and will provide a complete
listing of all applications received for your information
and approval.
5. Interview Reports - Following the initial interview
stage, we will present you with a shortlist of candidates along
with detailed interview reports on each of the interviewees. If
required we can also arrange to carry out a psychometric test
of each candidate at the time of their interview, this will of
course be charged as any extra cost outside of our normal service.
6. Second Stage Interviews - Following acceptance of
our short list of candidates, Premier Personnel will then arrange
interviews on your behalf at a mutually convenient date and time.
7. Fee Structure - Our fee structure for providing a recruitment assignment service is negotiable based upon a percentage of the first year's salary excluding any bonuses or benefits. This could be payable in three equal stages. The first two stages are non refundable, however the thirst stage payment would be refunded in the event of the appointed candidate leaving your employ within 90 days of commencement. Advertising is charged at cost, a full fee structure is available on request.
